There are days when staying motivated on this wellness journey feels easy, almost like it’s happening without me even trying. And then there are those other days—the ones where I struggle to get out of bed or talk myself into doing anything productive. I think it’s important to realize that motivation isn’t something that just shows up when we need it. It’s something I’ve had to create, and it’s a lot easier than I thought once I stopped overcomplicating things.

In the past, I thought wellness meant sticking to a rigid routine, following the rules, and constantly aiming for some big, final goal. But over time, I’ve realized it’s not about that at all. Wellness isn’t all or nothing. It’s about the small, consistent steps I take every day, even when I don’t feel like it. Instead of aiming for perfection, I’ve learned to focus on making small, sustainable changes that actually work for me.
